App用来拨打中国大陆的手机号码，拨打方式是网络回拨。首先在绑定页面绑定中国大陆手机号码作为主叫，绑定成功之后即可在拨号页面拨打，系统会先回拨到主叫号码，主叫接通后再呼叫被叫，实现通话。
This app is provided to dial mobile phone in Chinese Mainland, in the way of callback. First, you need to bind a phone number of yourself，it also will be used as caller. Then, you can call any phone number in Chinese Mainland. The system will first dial the caller number(the number you have bind), when the caller answers, the called number will be dialed.
